Wingo, Sr. and Richard Fontana who teamed up to create the first Stop the Madness Basketball Tournament, to empower the youth to say ‘NO’ to violence! Felicia Stanley, Officer Moe Badger, the Pastors, youth, community and everyone who came out and supported!
