Charges Dropped Against The Man Who Slapped Woman On Train In NYC [VIDEO]

Charges have been dropped against Jorge Pena who can be seen smacking “the soul out of a woman,”Danay Howard, in a viral video of a New York City subway brawl, according to the New York Post.

In the video you can see Danay Howard talking negative about Jorge' jacket. “You got a bum [a**] 8-ball jacket that came out in 1990,” the woman can be heard saying. “Just get your money up, simple.”

The verbal attack turned physical with the woman hitting Pena and that is when he slapped the 'shut the front door' out of her!

Police arrested Howard, 21, and Pena at the W. 4th St. subway station along with Kevin Gil, 21, andShanique Campbell, 20, the New York Daily News reports.

A New York Police Department source said that all of the charges against Pena have been dismissed, calling it a case of self-defense.
