Celebrating the Earth at East High School

Strong Community Schools offer free programs every Saturday throughout the city of Buffalo. Prenessia Lambert of Say Yes has informed me that for the month of April, there are a variety of activities to celebrate the Earth at East Community High School (820 Northampton Buffalo, N.Y. 14211). The program runs from 10am-1pm every other Saturday. Free lunch and breakfast is also provided. This program is open to the ENTIRE community. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Saturday April 14th 10am-1pm

-Health & Wellness fair, Creating recipes for a healthy ecosystem, create mini books and pinwheels , Boundary program discussing healthy relationships and more.

Saturday April 28th 10am-1pm

-Flower potting and decoration, Community garden preparation, mineral exploration and community spruce-up . Volunteers are needed for community clean up.
