The University of Conneticut won the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament last night in Houston Texas. Butler was able to keep up with UConn and actually was leading going into the second half but UConn adjusted their game and ran away with the win by a score of 53-41
April 3, 2011 Virginia Commonwealth University’s storybook run from play-in game to Final Four ended Saturday night, as Butler will be crashing the NCAA’s title game for the second year in a row.
Shelvin Mack paced the Bulldogs with 24 points on five for six three-point shooting, and Butler downed VCU 70-62 in a hard fought battle that was closer than its final score.
April 2, 2011 Last month, a video of a Jacob Tucker pulling off a series of spectacular slam dunks became a viral hit. What made the video so striking is that Tucker, a guard for Division III school Illinois College, is white and under six-feet tall -- both traits that aren't typically associated with the dunk.
