"Amazing Place, Will Be Going Back!
Had heard online that Osteria was a great place so I had to see for myself. Took my wife for her birthday and we loved it! Great selection on the menu. Of course a lot of it is Italian, and though I am not the biggest fan of Italian, I had an amazing meal. There was a pretty big list of specials as well. Good wine selection with enough cheaper bottles to not scare off people like myself. Even though there was an event going on at the convention center, there is a surface (paid) lot next door, so parking is zero issue. More than happy to come back."

"Amazing food, great staff, a gem of Buffalo.
Went here because we saw it was rated well on TripAdvisor and couldn't agree more. The food was absolutely amazing (great barbeque, homemade sauces, perfectly cooked), the staff was super friendly, and the price was spot-on. If you've never been here, you should definitely check it out. 2 thumbs up!"

"I had the cauliflower cream soup and Mahi shrimp crusted fish over asparagus. The food came quick and was excellent. Our waitress stopped by several times to see if we were good and the water glass was constantly being filled."

"One of the best that Buffalo has to offer.
I am a local and have had a few dinners at Olivers in the past year for special occasions for family and friends, and have never been disappointed. Everyone from Dave, to the bartenders, to the servers, have been nothing but accommodating and professional. The private room was used for my mom's 90th bday celebration and all of my out of town family, as well as my mom loved every minute of the experience. Our servers were awesome. Everyone had something different to eat and everyone raved about the food. If you are travelling from out of town, I would recommend this as a restaurant to visit. The locals know the value of this very special place and hope that visitors can also experience it!"

User Review:"Mom & Pop Italian with an upscale attitude.
I have dined at this restaurant a few times with friends and even though it is a little out of the way, it is always worth it. Gourmet Italian with great service and a nice atmosphere. If your in the mood for lasagna, this is the place!"

User Review:I have been to the Left Bank so many times. Regardless if dinner, brunch or cocktails and apps - you will not be disappointed. The food is always fantastic!!! Everything is so good you never know what to order and then they'll have fabulous specials!! And besides that these are the best cocktails around!! The bartenders make fantastic drinks!! You won't be disappointed!"

"The fish and chips are super fresh and delicious. This place is hard to find because it looks like it is in a warehouse. Parking and driving in and out of the road it is on is a problem, especially in the winter. It is mainly take out but there are about four tables inside this small business. Best to call ahead especially on fridays. We waited 45 minutes for our fish and chips on a Friday evening. There is a large variety of English pies that I hear are good also."
1198 Hertel Ave, Buffalo, NY 14216
We went to celebrate our anniversary & did it up big! This was our 1st time there & it did not disappoint! Excellent wine list. We had the octopus app, split the lobster ravioli, veal chop & the fazzoletti. Everything was delicious. For desert we split a flight of exceptional grappa's."

"This bistro style restaurant has consistently ranked as the one the best Buffalo has to offer. As someone who works in a hotel, I always recommend this place to all out of towners.
Food is always of high quality, service is professional w/o being intrusive. What it lacks in decor can always be made up if you take a walk across the street to Chapin Pkwy & view the lovely homes on this historic Olmstead parkway."
