1. Adoption Case Worker

The Buffalo Urban League is looking for a new adoption case worker that will be a part of the Community Alliance for Minority and Multi- Needs Adoption Program (CAMMAP). Responsibilities include: recruitment and certification of perspective adoptive parents, matching approved parents with children that are available for adoption in New York State and other states. Employees will also advocate on behalf of parents through the adoption process.

The qualifications are: technical proficiency regarding networking with other professionals in the field, good interpersonal skills, a Valid New York State Driver’s License with access to a car, a Masters Degree in Social work, or a Masters Degree in Human Services (Bachelors degree can be considered). 2. Book Keeper /Payroll

Applicants should have at least 1-3 years of accounting experience, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. If chosen for the position, employees are required to work in a face paced and dynamic accounting department.
