An article in the Buffalo News goes into details about varying levels of trauma that students in Buffalo’s Middle and High schools experience at home.

The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey, which was created by the Centers for Disease Control, is a general health survey which included questions related to the emotional and situational health of students.

I’m not going to rehash the entire survey here, what I want to know is “What Are We Going to Do About It?

These are our kids, sons and daughters. Our Brothers and Sisters. Our nieces, nephews and neighbors. Personally I’m tired of seeing the kids in our community suffer like this.
