Nzinga is a native of Buffalo NY. Her inspirations evolve from such national recording artist as India Arie, Jill Scott, Me'Shell Ndegéocello, Amel Larrieux, Erykah Badu, Goapele and Anita Baker as many of her close associates would proclaim. Breaking freshly onto the scene with her hit single "Golden," written to a popular instrumental originating from Beethoven singing Darude - Sandstrom.
