Buffalo Resident Arrested Second Time for Child Porn

How many times does it take for someone's child to be a victim before people like this 'SICKO' is kept behind bars? Seriously, it breaks my heart that we can capture other criminals, people like this guy walks freely and continues to commit the same crime.

Robert Pritchett, 20, is in federal custody for sex trafficking and child pornography charges. Police raided his South Buffalo home and arrested him Thursday regarding an investigation that began in November.It's not the first time he's been in trouble for child-related sex charges.Pritchett was 18 when he was arrested in 2014 for four felonies, including criminal sexual assault, rape, and aggravated sexual assault. Those charges reflect a case with many parts. One involved naked pictures of a 14-year-old girl solicited through the messaging app Kik. The other involved a 15-year-old girl allegedly raped at the Walden Galleria.
