Buffalo ‘On The Cheap': Free Kite Making at Central Library

This weekend is a busy and lucrative weekend for many businesses, but not everyone can spend the extra cash for a nice dinner or family outing. This week's 'Buffalo On The Cheap' event is taking place at the Central Library in Buffalo.

Free creative family programming is provided by Young Audiences of WNY every second Saturday at Central Library, 1:00pm in the Ring of Knowledge.
