Buffalo Man Charged With DWI With Toddler in Vehicle [POLL]

A Buffalo man was arrested and charged with DWI after driving while intoxicated with a toddler in his vehicle! For Buffalo's Talk At 2 today, I want to know if you believe parents who drive under the influence have their kids removed from their custody?

According to WIVB, Toh Bah of Buffalo, was hit with a felony count of Aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, after Erie County Sheriff’s deputies stopped him for allegedly crossing over the yellow line and speeding in Grand Island. Deputies saw a toddler riding in the back seat without a car seat. Should parents have their children temporarily removed from their custody after situations like this...listen below and vote?
