Buffalo Housing Market on the Rise?

If you've been looking to invest in real estate, now would be the time to do so. With the Western New York housing market increasing in value, that means investments made will increase. One estate owner say's he plans to renovate a vacant office building, and turn it into high-end living quarters.

According to WGRZ,The average home is now selling for $120,000 in Buffalo. The average rent is $739 a month.Both of those have jumped significantly in past years. And soon, some downtown penthouse apartments will be going for anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000 a month.

My  question for this topic is: In 10 years If Buffalo keeps growing, how much would the average house sell or lease for?
