The developer of the 500 Seneca Building has a different and kind of cool approach to finishing off the building. Savarino partnered with PUSH Buffalo, Open Buffalo and the Outsource Center to help employ jobless people in Buffalo on the project. TWC News reports.

Around 30 people were hired from the community.

Apparently the individuals employed come wit varied skills "such as basic construction knowledge" or "being trained in a specific trade", WIVB reports. The organizations identify people who are jobless and trainable.
