Buffalo and WNY NFTA Makes Fleet Changes: Good Or Bad? [POLL]

Well it's nothing wrong with having cost effective vehicles, but was the latest purchase with taxpayers money worth it? According to the NFTA, the new buses are equipped with the latest technology, they uses a type of fuel that is less harmful to the environment. Although the NFTA may be on to something, they never mentioned exactly how much it would cost Buffalo taxpayers. Things you have to factor in are, maintenance, amount of gas daily to operate these new buses. No word on how many buses were actually purchased, but take the poll and let us know if this was a good purchase on the behalf of NFTA.
