Local authorities are trying to figure out what caused an electrical underground fire and three actual explosions that took place in Downtown Buffalo Sunday afternoon near Tupper & Pearl Streets.

A Manhole Cover is blown into the air and caught on video as a News reporter interviews a man who witnessed hearing explosions.
