Bobby Brown came to the defense again today having to fend off rumors surrounding his daughter, Bobbi Kristina's, life.

It seems like this is a prime example of "Mind your business." All of these conflicting reports make it tough to really get a grip on what's actually going on.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family is still hoping for the best. Amid conflicting information about the 21-year-old’s current condition, her relatives Tina and Shayne Brown (singer Bobby Brown’s sister and nephew, respectively) say she’s “progressing.”

“She’s getting better,” Shayne told Entertainment Tonight on Monday, Feb. 9, the night of the Brown family’s candlelight prayer vigil in Riverdale, Ga., for Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. “We just ask for people to continue to pray.”

Bobbi Kristina has been in a medically induced coma since Jan. 31, when she was hospitalized after being found unresponsive in a tub at her home in Roswell, Ga. She’s currently being cared for at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga., where a steady stream of loved ones — including grandmother Cissy Houston — have been visiting over the last week.

“Uncle’s in good spirits,” Shayne told ET of Bobby, 46. “It’s just family issues right now. Uncle just wants his privacy. The family wants its privacy.”

On the subject of family issues, Shayne and his mom Tina also addressed their headline-making hotel fight on Feb. 5. “I was upset,” Tina told ET. “You know, I’ve been dealing with my niece and her being in the hospital. It was just a lot of emotions and I had a drink and I was frustrated and I was trying to make a point and I threw a glass. Unfortunately, it hit my son.”

Attorney Christopher Brown made this statement in regards to rumors about removing Bobbi Kris from life support tomorrow.

“However, the false reports that continue to appear in print and on the Internet are egregious, false, and will be dealt with at an appropriate time,” the statement continued. “In particular, the false reporting of TMZ, The National Enquirer, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, and the Daily Mail (UK) citing police sources, family sources, and Bobby Brown himself, will receive my attention. The desire to be ‘first’ has clouded the judgment of many reporters as they forgo accuracy. This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence.”

The statement ended with a note from Bobby Brown: “We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supported the vigil for Bobbi Kristina. God is hearing our prayers.”
