A Bloomfield Michigan 8th grader is now afraid to go back to school after being bullied with racial slurs on his school bus, the children who taunted him were barely disciplined and returned to school shortly after the incident according to WDIV-TV.

The station reports that Bloomfield Hills Middle School honor-roll student Phoenix Williams says he doesn’t really feel safe going back to school because “both of them are going to be there,” reports the station.

The boy video taped two of the students calling him a dirty 'n' while traveling on the bus during a field trip and said no one did anything at the time of incident to discipline the classmates.
