Black Meterologist Fired For Having Natural Hairstyle [VIDEO] [POLL]

A TV station in Shreveport is catching buku flak for firing a news reporter because of her hairstyle. It seems that the reporter wanted to sport a more Afro-Centric look but someone on the station’s Facebook page felt that it was inappropriate and of course Rhonda stood her ground on the issue and was fired by the station that said she violated a (phantom) policy that was discussed in a staff meeting.

There are now petitions circulating over the internet trying to get the station to give Rhonda her job back.

Do you think that she should have lost her job over the statements that she made in support of her heritage?
