Black Achiever Rescues Fire Victim #QueenCitySpotlight [VIDEO]
Today's Queen City Spotlight is on Talisa King, a youth advocate, 2012 Black Achiever and life saver! Check out her story as she leaves an Interview on Ch. 4, rescues people from a building apartment, cooks dinner for 7 and still finds time to get her hair done!
Earlier today, Talisa joined me on Winging it Buffalo's Hot sauce segment, shedding light on the Willie Hutch Jones Education & Sports Program.
On Her Way home from the TV station, an apartment building housing people with mental illness caught on fire. Thanks to the help of Talisa King and two off duty firemen who were near by, the residents are in good hands of the Red Cross tonight. Watch the story below:
As the first person on the scene, Talisa rushed to save a woman who had jumped out of the window of her burning aprtment and saved her from a A/C unit that was about to fall on her head!
