Benzino Charged With Felony Drug Possession, If Convicted Could Face Up To 15 Years

I just don't understand everyone with money seems to be messing up bad lately what's going on?

According to TMZ, Benzino was arrested back in January 2017 and was charged with felony possession of THC oil gummies, possessions of 6 MDMA pills and a misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed.

But get this, cops only found the drugs after they got a search warrant and raided his ATL apartment! He was arrested on the spot and quietly posted a $12K bail. Despite the charges, Benzino isn’t going down without a fight though, his legal team claims the search was illegal and now they’re waiting to see if the case will be going to trial.

If convicted, Benzino could face up to 15 years behind bars.
