In the latest attempt to bridge the gap between hip-hop and the elderly, senior citizens recite the lines to A$AP Rocky's 'Houston Old Head' -- a cut from the rapper's breakout 2011 mixtape, 'Live.Love.A$AP.' We're not sure if this actually helped mend the gap, but the results are still pretty hilarious.

The seniors aren't attempting to copy A$AP Rocky's flow, leaving them to recite the lyrics with their own spin a capella. This gives the man in the blue blazer room for an incredibly dramatic reading of the lines, "So I can beat it up / Where the welcome back?" The five featured seniors' interpretations range from oddly jovial to understandably confused.

The video climaxes as the five trade turns reciting the songs hook: "Life is just a bitch, a bitch is like a ho / Hoes want the money, money come and goes / Friends turn to foes, foes they be fake / If you listen when ya old head talkin' you'll be straight."

The hook sounds more like genuine wisdom coming from the seniors than a catchy mantra for some reason.

Lastly, the white-haired woman seems like she has good flow control as she recites the lines. Good for her!
