Another Bad Abortion Billboard?

Now we have another billboard that may go up soon in Chicago that has the image of President Barack Obama with the African colors red, black, and green. If it goes up, this would be the second type billboard (that caused an uproar from the same advocate group) dealing with abortion placed in the heart of the black community. 

What are your thoughts on this billboard and its placement in the black community?
