Anderson .Paak wants to be the next household name from the West Coast. The California singer-songwriter already has an impressive resume -- including several credits on Dr. Dre's swan-song album, Compton. And now he's set to drop another album of his own, Malibu, as he reveals the cover art (via his Instagram page), list of features and a release date for the project.

"My faith is buried somewhere underneath the town, until it's paid for," read the caption of the cover art on his IG account.

The project is definitely not one to miss as it'll include the 9th Wonder-produced song, "Am I Wrong (featuring ScHoolboy Q), and his single, "The Season/Carry Me." Paak, who also lent his talents to the Game's The Documentary 2 project, will get the favor returned as well with a feature from the "Hate it or Love it" rapper on his LP. Talib Kweli, BJ the Chicago Kid and Rapsody are also slated to appear on the album.

The collection also contains a stellar list of producers, including Callum Conner, DJ Khalil, Madlib, Kaytranaga, Pomo, Hi-Tek, Chris Dave, Robert Glasper and Dem Jointz.

Paak, who's also known as Breezy Lovejoy, has been releasing projects since 2010, touches on a range of genres from hip-hop to rock to R&B. Malibu is slated to drop on Jan. 15.
