Amazon is hiring work-from-home merchant support associates for Amazon Restaurants, a role that combines business customer service with technical support. Basically, you’ll be the middle man between Amazon and restaurant merchants, helping them manage their accounts and providing technical support.

The only things you will need to worry about To get the job,
- You will need previous experience with an Amazon Support Team.
- You will also need strong oral and written communication skills. Followed by some knowledge with a desktop computer system and its common programs.
-You must also be willing to maintain certain levels of confidentiality and data security standards, meaning keep to yourself!

Amazon also lists some qualifications they’d like to see in candidates but aren’t dealbreakers if you don’t have them. They include a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent thereof, a proven track record of completing projects, the ability to embrace change and proof that you can work independently.
