Today’s Bonus Beats Thursday Remake Retake is a very interesting one because the original title of the song was adjusted by one word so that it addressed a woman instead of a man.

In 1990, Whitney Houston released “All The Man That I Need (recorded in 1982 by Sister Sledge as “All The Man I Need”, Kenny G (sax solo) that went all the way to #1 and was certified gold.

Luther Vandross did his version of the song in the mid 90’s when he changed the word ‘man’ to ‘woman’, but the song was never released as a single.
