ADRI.V’s Go Getta of the Week — Ariane Hennings of Ari Ready Fitness
Every week I look to feature and interview a young mover and shaker who embodies the “Go Getta Spirit” and is doing great things for the people and themselves in the Western New York and Southern Ontario community. Having the the blessed opportunity of having my show “The Go Getta Mix,” I look to use my platform to acknowledge those people as “The Go Getta of the Week.” If you missed it last week, here is your chance to check out last week’s Go Getta of the Week!
Meet Ariane Hennings of Arie Ready Fitness!
Are we ready to get fit? Are we ready to make a healthy change? Well, Ari Ready is ready for you! Ariane Hennings is a young Go Getta who is sure to move you and shake you to get fit. A graduate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with her B.A. and masters in accounting, she went beyond her studies and created Ari Ready Fitness to help promote health and reshape your work out experience.
Ari Ready Fitness is a creative fitness service that is focused on reshaping your workout experience through many high-energy exercises! It encourages people to experience group fitness in a new and exciting way. Ari Ready is not the usual group fitness class, as it gives the opportunity for others to enjoy group exercise in the private setting of their choice.
As a certified fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, as well as other organizations, Ariane is more than certified to teach any fitness class. Ariane discovered her passion for fitness and group exercise in her teenage years and then decided to become an instructor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008. Since then, she has been instructing a variety of classes throughout North Carolina and in her hometown of Buffalo. Ariane wants to share her passion of fitness by helping others find the enjoyment, laughter and benefits of group exercise. Soon a fitness trainer to the stars, Ariane is making her mark in the fitness arena. Ari is Ready, are you?
