The Western New York Diversity Job Fair was last month, and we gave you recommendations on writing your resume so you could find a great new job! But a lot of employers at the job fair wanted applicants to apply online and requested a digital copy of their resume instead of a printed copy.

A new service is starting up that allows you to connect to employers online via Twitter and Facebook using a multimedia resume. The video says that it is for students and young professionals, but I think it would be good for anyone looking for a job! You can see the video and get the link to the website below.
