9-Year Old Boy Slaps Mother High On Drugs [VIDEO] ***May Be Disturbing***

A little boy is shown in this video repeatedly slapping his mother who appears to be high on drugs.

You can hear the boy saying to his mother "wake-up", "talk to me"! After a few slaps the adults in the video are heard telling him to stop slapping his mother as a man steps toward him and also says stop.

It is sad for a child to have to go through circumstances like this and more than likely he is probably raising himself in a very dysfunctional environment.
