51 Year-Old Homeless Woman, Beaten By California Highway Patrol, Breaks Her Silence After Being Awarded 1.5K!!!! [VIDEO]

51 Year-Old Marlene Pinnock paid a hefty price in lieu of being awarded a 1.5K ($MILLION) cash settlement.   The 51 Year-Old woman, who had been homeless for 5 years, was humiliated and beaten unmercifully by California Highway Patrol Daniel Andrew (who has now resigned) for, according to the Officer, failing to comply to his request for her to get off of the side of the freeway, where she was reportedly walking barefoot, and then subsequently pushing the Officer (according to CBS News).
