This is how Buffalo is celebrating Blue Cheese Day today!!

When I first got to Buffalo, I ordered the wings and told the bar tender that I wanted ranch and not blue-cheese. Once I said the word "Ranch", everyone at the bar looked at me all at once, like I was crazy!! I didn't know people took Blue Cheese so serious but they do!!Special thanks to the  Wing King, Drew Cerza, blue cheese now has its' own national holiday - which is today. SO HAPPY BLUE CHEESE DAY!!

This is the First one ever!! So there are alot of things going on!! Including a blue illumination of the Electric Tower

Big Big..Wings specials at local restaurants, and the Bison's Blue Cheese mascot getting inducted into the Buffalo Wing Hall of Fame by the Wing King himself. Bringing ranch (or any non-perishable) to the gate will even get you buy-one-get-one tickets to Monday night's game. (LOL)
