4-Year-Old Girl Passes Out Packets Of Heroin At Daycare [VIDEO]

Delaware State Police say a woman has been arrested after they say her four-year-old daughter brought heroin into a daycare and began passing it out to other children reports CBS.

The little girl thought the packets of the powdery substance was candy. After teachers at the day care noticed some of the children with packages in their hands, they immediately removed them from the children, called police and turned the contents over to authorities. After law enforcement tested the contents they discovered that it was indeed Heroin.

The child's mother was arrested and charged with several counts.
