His name is Brandon Howard, the son of singer Miki Howard, who was represented by Joe Jackson back in the '80s.

Brandon looks just like Michael Jackson and says that he has iron-clad DNA evidence that he is, in fact, the son of legendary singer Michael Jackson and plans to go public with the evidence tomorrow according to TMZ.
