2 Drivers Facing Charges Under New ‘Move Over’ Law

The new "Move Over Law" states that drivers now have to slow down and move over when emergency responders are parked on the side of the road. This Weekend NYS Trooper Kevin Dobson lost his life while conducting a vehicle and traffic stop on the I-290.  Since 1999 more than 150 law enforcement officers have lost their lives on the roadways in the country because motorist did not move over. Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family and friends of  Trooper Dobson.

 A New York State Trooper was killed in an early morning accident along the Youngman Saturday.
