13-Year-Old Girl Taken From Guardians During Trip To Houston [VIDEO]

A 13-year-old girl who was traveling from Oklahoma to Houston with a male teenager and her male dance instructor was arrested and placed in child protective services. Apparently the girls mother had handed over signed documentation that stated that her instructor was her legal guardian for the trip to dance in Texas. The group had just pulled over into a service station when their GPS may have given them misinformation on their destination and that is when they were surrounded by police and then arrested.

The unusual part of this story is that Houston police have refused to give the mother and explanation as to why her daughter was placed into a facility full of strangers and taken away from people that she knew and trusted.
