13 Year Old Girl Kills Her 2 Year Old Sister [POLL]

Tyasia Jackson is a 13 Year Old girl, but not your typical 13 year old, she is a brutal killer. She allegedly brutally stab her defenseless 2 year old sister to death because, the toddler, revealed to a neighbor she had a boy at their house.

Sasha Ray the 2 year old was found in the back yard of her family's condo by her parents who left her and her siblings in Tyasia's care on Monday. Monday according to a report in London's Daily Mail, Tyasia was caught with a boy inside the house while her parents were running errands.

This is a sad situation, but should this 13 year old girl be charged as an adult ? There is something deeply wrong and disturbed with this little girl, but to treat her as an adult im not sure. What do you think ?
